Tom currently holds three Certified General Contracting (CGC) licenses with the State of Florida DBPR and specializes in condominiums, townhomes, multifamily, high rise, and commercial properties.
Jason has over 30 years of experience in the rehab construction industry in Tampa Bay and also specializes in condominiums, townhomes, multifamily, high rise, and commercial properties. His ability to coordinate closely with engineers, architects, property management teams, associations, board members, and property owners achieves proper restoration and protection of property.
Kate-Lynn comes to our team with a strong construction-related educational background, advanced project management knowledge, and a personal passion for responsibility and care. She has developed exceptional discipline, reliability, and problem-solving skills that translate directly into her project management style.
Caite brings a combination of high-level event coordination experience, advanced education, and natural operational leadership. Her background in organizing large-scale events makes her exceptionally strong in logistics, scheduling, planning, and communication.
Ryan literally grew up in the business from childhood. He has nearly 20 years of experience specific to management, project coordination, logistics, scheduling, planning, and communication, and has coordinated and managed over five projects with 20 employees at the same time without issue. Ryan excels at communication with clients, building long-term relationships of trust and confidence.
Angela possesses a strong business ownership background across multiple fields. An administrative accounting coordinator who communicates effectively with senior management, contractors, and field employees, she is an analytical problem solver with the ability to determine project needs and deliver value-added solutions.
Rick adds 40 years of experience to this team. His background includes construction knowledge, management, scheduling, planning, and communication, and he is rapidly approaching 100,000 hours of on-the-job experience. Tom Crosier and Rick Lowther started in this industry one day apart from each other, with the same employer, at the same location in Clearwater, in 1985.
